I saw this one that is made by Kitaco and after reading the reviews I ordered for the customer. I knew the quality was always going to be there as it is Kitaco. Every part I have order from Kitaco has been excellent quality. This is no different and did not disappoint. The price for this super throttle pipe was great value. Even cheaper than the OEM part too. My shipping was cheap as I had more than one item. 5 days after being shipped the order arrived. All exceptionally packaged and arrived in perfect order. The throttle pipe is manufactured extremely well. Fitting was also spot on and no alterations were needed. Not really sure if I am imagining this but the stroke also feels a lot shorter so less effort when full throttle. That is for sure an added bonus. The fitment was perfect and no issues when installing. To be honest, I was really impressed at just how well these are manufactured, I was not expecting it to be so high. Very pleased with this purchase and will be buying more Kitaco parts in the future. Thanks Webike for the great work.

I used this Kitaco throttle pipe when installing my new heated grips so that I could avoid getting the stock tube out of the stock throttle grip, given the low price of the kitaco throttle pipe this seems like a good idea. I did need to dremel a small bit of webbing inside the switch block at the very bottom as this was just catching on the kitaco throttle pipe and causing it to turn with resistance. It was only catching by half of a millimeter so maybe this won't happen to everyone?

Such a low cost part that offers a shorter throw during the twisting of my wrist that results in a quicker and more enjoyable throttle inputs. The photo attached shows a comparison between the Kitaco throttle tube on the left and the original throttle tube and the right, illustrating how this is achieved.Products to buy together - A key product to purchase when working on the throttle system would be a throttle lock that will add comfort for those longer and more fatiguing rides.Difficulty of installation - The installation of the super throttle pipe is an simple task that took 0.75 of an hour complete. Some mechanical aptitude and the use of basic hand tools is what is required to secure the throttle pipe to the switch block and make the required adjustments to the throttle body.Cost performance and comparison with other products - I find the cost of all the products Kitaco sell to great value when compared to what most other companies sell their products for and the super throttle pipe is no different.About shipping and packaging - With there being no cost difference between sea freight and EMS for the super throttle pipe, I chose EMS for an earlier arrive date. The part was extremely well protected while being covered in bubble wrap and surrounded with air pillows in a sturdy cardboard box.Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing - Webike Japan is the first place I look to for all my motorcycle needs. This is an improved throttle pipe from KITACO for the Honda MSX/GROM. It makes a slightly quicker throttle response (around 10%) which is ideal for the street use and not not as much as an racing quick action throttle. It's a good priced part and as usual from KITACO, a very good quality one.

Durable plastic housing with smooth surface which allows for easy installation of the new grips.About the feeling of use: With this product there is no need to attempt to reuse the Honda throttle pipe which makes the addition of new grips a breeze and with a shorter full throttle twist needed makes the Grom even more fun to ride.Products to buy together: Some new grips would also be desirable to purchase alongside the super throttle pipe as the Honda one will be extremely difficult to remove and they are much more comfortable grips available.Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes about one hour. The right bar end and the right side fairing need to be removed, the switch block needs to be opened and the cable tension needs to be loosened for the throttle pipe to be exchanged. Then reverse to steps to complete the install. Not difficult to do.Cost performance and comparison with other products: Good costing as you are getting a quality made throttle pipe for a very affordable price and the best value when compared to the other brands.About shipping and packaging: Sea freight was my preferred method of shipping due to the lower cost but currently unavailable due to Japan Post. Webike kept me updated on the status of my order up to when it shipped. The parcel arrived within the expected date range and was well packaged with no chance of the part being damaged.Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing: The suitable grip length for the Grom is 120mm when you are looking for options.
