Until we decided to Cowl, I was worried whether to make thousands of yen Universal Product or N-Pro or not, but I decided CHIC DESIGN with 3 points fastening and the ruggedness of Material.
Price dissatisfaction (high) It is almost satisfactory except for.
As expected the wind pressure at high speed has been reduced.
Since we added Bikini cowl also to the Motorcycle so far, the effect was within expectation.
It is good that there is no sense of Chatter. But, I seem to touch Meter somewhat, so cloth is inserted. But, I'm not dissatisfied here.
What is almost no dissatisfaction, it was troublesome to go to buy 8 mm glasses and hexagon because I was missing with a tool on hand. But, this is very personal circumstances.
The attachment of the lower Bracket was Large strange to my thick fingers.
But I made it as good as possible.
Oh yeah, I did not read the accompanying manual at all.
Still the mounting method was as imagined.

High grade bikini cowl specially designed to match the shape of each model.
It enhances the individuality of the vehicle and gives it a more radical and intrepid style.
This is the best bikini cowl model made by Chic Design in terms of performance and quality.
The cowl body is made of multi-layered FRP for durability, with a matte finish on the back surface.
Compatible with Japanese stock color coating with acrylic urethane paint.
The windshield can be selected from clear or smoke and stainless steel screws, polycarbonate washers and lock nuts are used to attach the windshield to the cowl body.
The light is securely fixed in more than three places including the rubber mounts on both sides of the light and the lower mount to prevent uncomfortable vibration.

Since it is designed exclusively for each model, it is not only bolt-on, but also shows the silhouette with a sense of unity.

It is very dangerous to install the product on other models than the one for which the product is designed, as it may cause unexpected problems.
(Example: (If installing Masqaroad for XJR1200 on XJR1300, the bottom case of the front fork will contact with the bottom of the cowl due to the behavior during riding)

It fits perfectly.
There is no difference between the paint and the body color, and there is no sense of discomfort.
As for aerodynamic issues after installation, I haven't driven on the highway.
I don't know the effect, but I think the wind hitting the Helmet is less.

Glad I took a chance and ordered this headlight fairing for my 1998 Yamaha Vmax 1200. When placing my order I thought 'this is too expensive' but now its on my bike, it is worth every penny. I really like the style and it looks the business. No need to be worried about it turning up damaged as packaging was excellent. Japanese instructions supplied but to be fair it was pretty straightforward to fit. I had to weld up some extensions for the indicators as they were too short but this product is to suit a standard vmax so that's no fault of Chic Design. You could also buy indicator extensions if needs be. The supplied brackets and fittings were spot on and everything lined up perfect. The finish is pretty good and the paint almost matched the paint of my bike. A note to international customers: I paid £116 in customs charges on a £400 order which is not Webikes fault(Englands greedy government) but did not realise it would be so much. Still happy with my purchase though :)

Design, finish, Custom degree is applause!
Because it is wider in area than other car models of the same type, it reduces the wind weighed on the body.
Order Painted, but Paint technology (How to paint) I think that is good..
However, the color was slightly different from the OEM color.
It's a brand-new box and it's an Exterior Set, so it's not a color burn or discoloration, so paint blending techniques to paint on Cowl
I thought CHIC DESIGN was immature. (N-PRO and Gull Craft were good, but ...)
Finally we chose Screen, Aero, but when you run you will be blurred.
I have used things of N-PRO and Gal Craft, but they are all Light
It was solid even with Bolt 2 point support. Mr. CHIC DESIGN is more supportive of three points than other companies' things
I felt thin and weak.
