I decided to order this oil temperature gauge as it looked neet and tidy and was a direct replacement for the oil plug. My w650 dose not have an oil temperature gauge hence buying this one. It was an easy swap out with the oil plug and it works a treat.

Oil Temperature Meter, if you want to put it on and see it, it's easy to do.
It's not a perfect oil temperature, but it's working properly.
It looks, well, parenthesis not bad.

It is heavier than expected, and the texture is better than expected Bubbles are of Large texture
I install it in place of the Filler cap at the oil feed port, but because the meter part does not rotate, it is not possible to use it It was a shame that I couldn't adjust it to a position that I could easily see

Very nice quality, much better than the ebay/china one. the metal threads on this one is clean, no need to worry about the metal shaving get into the engine chamber. i think the temperature reading is accurate.
