The color of Dial was Red. do I need to re-set the Damper?
I bought this because when I raised the fork protrusion to the limit, the gap between the Rebound dumping adjuster and the Handlebar became too narrow to turn with a slotted screwdriver, and I had to remove the Hand guard and Handlebar every time to adjust.
Because there was a difference of about 2,000 yen at the time of purchase, I purchased Black, but Blue and Black became the same price at the time of writing this imprecation. In the Image photo, the adjustment Dial is Blue, but the actual one was Red. I'm a little disappointed with this, along with the price.
I compared it to the OEM Top cap, and the outside dimensions were almost identical. Port and install the OEM TeflonWasher and O-ring. The upper overhang inside and outside the Fork is almost identical. There are no problems with accuracy. I have not seen any anodized flaking where the tool hits, which I was concerned about. I feel that Anodized is a little rough, but it may be durable for that.

Just one point, the depth of Damper Adjustment Dial is different from OEM. The mutation of the depth per 1Click is also different, so I think you need to re-setting after installation. By the way, the ZETATop cap is now about 18 clicks while the OEM was about 21 clicks in our vehicle. The Click feeling is sometimes subtle and "Snap" and sometimes there is no Click sound. I'm not sure if I should use the Click sound or the RPM to match. Space is also narrow, so if you tighten it too much, you won't be able to turn it with your fingers.
It is also equipped with an air breeder, so you can adjust the large air release and damper without tools. I think the rainwater penetration is better than the OEM top cap with retrofit air breeder, but it is not screwed on like the OEM, so I think it will penetrate a little.
There is no Large difference in price from OEMTop cap, so if OEM is damaged, I think it would be better to buy this one. I think that the dress-up effect is high because it is a part that Rider can see.
