As I said before, I always like to have some of these in stock in case of any issue during fitting different chains. The DID 520ERV7 is one I do not surrently have in stock so no spares. I found this chain link by just searching through the DID inventory on Webike website. It was really easy to find so you should be just fine. I ordered a few other different chain links along with this as I do like options with spare links. All were shipped together and this saved some shipping cost. My order arrived in 5 days from being shipped. The chain link came in a nice sealed packet with all that is needed to refit. You do get the white grease packet in this size chain so that's always a good thing, I have a lot of these anyway but you cannot have too many. The chain link is very well made one, it also is in the gold colour so nice looking too and it is also embossed with the DID logo so you know it's genuine. These chains are generally used on tracxk bikes from a 530 or 525 conversion so I do use a lot of them. As you can imagine, I go through a lot. Not much you can say about a chain link other than with regards to DID and their chains being some of the best in the world. I have always used them and have a genuine KM500 chain tool which makes using these links simple. Never had a link failure riding on track. I have found that DID anodised chains hold up well against corrosion too, even the none finished sections of the chain. One thing that stands out when buying direct from Japan is they come in these nice sealed packets. If you buy them direct in the UK they dont have these for some reason?View Detail
I installed the DID Standard Series Joint Link 420D on my KR Motors Chat 110, which is a Korean-made Honda Cub clone, and it fit perfectly. The link matched the stock chain dimensions exactly, so installation was quick and easy. I didn’t need any special tools. I just slipped the clip on with a bit of care and it was ready to ride.Build quality feels solid, just what I’d expect from DID. The steel is well finished, and the joint is tight with no play. I’ve been riding with it for a few weeks now, both in city traffic and on longer rural roads, and it’s held up great. No issues with chain tension, no noise, and it runs smooth the whole way.What really stood out is how well it performs for the price. I’ve used cheaper generic links before that stretched or wore out quickly, but this one feels like a proper OEM part. It’s not an O-ring link, so it does need the usual cleaning and lubrication, but I prefer that over paying more for something I don’t need on a 110cc commuter.For anyone riding a Chat 110 or similar Cub-style bike, I definitely recommend this link. It’s reliable, easy to install, and fits perfectly. I bought it as a spare at first, but I’ll be using DID from now on. [How is it used? I destroyed the return of the Brake switch that was originally attached to the YAMAHA/TZr50R during Restore. Replaced with a new one. Compatible part number is 3MW-83980-00.

However, when the handlebar was cut to the Left lock, it interfered with the interior cover next to the Meter, so the interior cover was cut away. I also purchased a 45° angled banjo adapter for the mesh hose to accommodate the tension of the mesh hose. ・NORMAL (Reserve integrated horizontal master) Impressions of No complaints on public roads. Familiar feel and very easy to handle. However, when the brake is set to "hard brake," the rate of increase in braking force relative to the input seems to decrease, and the brake becomes more forceful. Radipon (Reserve separate body portrait master) Impressions of It was totally different from what I expected, my expectation was that it would feel like a Rear brake… It is really a mild and easy-to-handle radipon. On public roads, it feels like NORMAL! I wonder if it's because NORMAL is the same NISSIN? But I felt the radipon effect from Breaking a little stronger, and It can be hung up to a hard brake without effort. I felt trust that this could stop.View Detail
