Here is a "HONDA GROM" custom by Webike community user "KUROGROM". "Declining in physical strength is the reason I bought this bike. Underpowered and less fearful under full throttle acceleration." says the owner. However, from his customization style, it is still a sporty mini bike. First of all, let's take look at the high-type exhaust that fits the GROM. OVER has also redesigned the exhaust structure to match the model change. The exhaust pipe and tail pipe have been designed with attention to detail, including avoiding drain bolts and ease of maintenance, while utilizing the data from the previous model. The silencer itself has also been redesigned to use the limited space at maximum, and to improve the overall performance of the exhaust, such as muffling, output improvement, and weight reduction. The front fork was changed to Nitron's TASC for the bodywork, which is important for mini bike riders, especially the suspension. The rear suspension was also converted from Ohlins to Nitron R3 for better balance between front and rear. The riding quality seems to be better than Ohlins product. The KOOD front axle shafts, also known as "magic sticks," are installed, and by increasing the strength of the shafts themselves and the rigidity of the connection between the left and right sides of the body, the movement of the front fork and swingarm can be felt more directly, and information from the road surface is transmitted more sharply. This has greatly improved the riding quality. The other customizations are too many to mention and the total cost of the custom parts clearly exceeds the price of the bike itself, but the owner's desire to pursue sports even in the face of declining in physical strength is definitely priceless.
